Comments: We have moved and last oil change we went to a place closer to our house. They did the job, but we were so much happier when we picked up our car at prestige. This time we made sure that we went back to prestige. I had a few issues that they were more than happy to take care of. Also worth noting, there was a fairly large area on the rear quarter panel that had been scratched. When they washed our car, they got out the scratch too. The looks incredible! Thank you so much!!! We will always come back to Prestige!!!!

Comments: Excellent customer service from all levels. Technician were polite, discreet, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue eventhough it is hard to find due to its intermittent nature. I would like to commend all of Prestige Toyota employees for their exceptional service and professionalism. The moment I arrive with my vehicle issues, I received world class service from all angles of the service department. Thank you and I will definitely recommend Prestige Toyota to all of my friends and family.

Comments: The assistant service manager Rudy Espana was very helpful in explaining all the work to be done in the time frame that I needed it. And was prepared with a loaner car in case it wasn't finished. Thankfully it was finished ahead of schedule and the loaner wasn't necessary. Personally I have never had such a good experience dealing with service for any car let alone that everyone was so helpful and understanding about my twenty-two year old Camry. Thank you all very much for being so helpful and hopefully I will be able to get a few more years out of the old girl.

I'll be moving out of state within the next month, so I will no longer be getting my RAV 4 serviced at Prestige. But, if I were staying in the area I would not only continue to get my car serviced at Prestige, but I would continue to highly recommend Prestige Toyota Service to my friends and family who have Toyotas. I have been consistently impressed with Prestige's commitment to service. And, having had my car serviced over the summer at another Toyota service center (out of state), I can honestly state that I will miss the friendly, concerned, and service-oriented folks at Prestige. Good Morning. Being in retail, most of the time you only hear complaints. People usually do not take the time to reach out and say thank you or let you know that employees are doing their best. I am a long time Toyota fan. My wife and I have gone through 15 vehicles – all Toyota’s. We just finished up and got into 2 more new ones. You should know that Steve Reedy, Dean Ciccarelli, Nick Latino, and Joe Cucuza are all class acts. They all have the work ethic that every employer wants and needs to be successful.
