I'll be moving out of
state within the next month, so I will no longer be getting my RAV 4 serviced
at Prestige. But, if I were staying in the area I would not only continue to
get my car serviced at Prestige, but I would continue to highly recommend Prestige
Toyota Service to my friends and family who have Toyotas. I have been
consistently impressed with Prestige's commitment to service. And, having had
my car serviced over the summer at another Toyota service center (out of
state), I can honestly state that I will miss the friendly, concerned, and

Good Morning. Being in retail, most of the time you only hear complaints. People usually do not take the time to reach out and say thank you or let you know that employees are doing their best. I am a long time Toyota fan. My wife and I have gone through 15 vehicles – all Toyota’s. We just finished up and got into 2 more new ones. You should know that Steve Reedy, Dean Ciccarelli, Nick Latino, and Joe Cucuza are all class acts. They all have the work ethic that every employer wants and needs to be successful. I have been coming to Prestige Toyota's service facility for many years-- you nursed my 16-1/2 year old Corolla(which had survived a hurricane) through to 290,000 miles. You are very convenient with your hours, and the work is always done well and promptly. I am a happy customer.
There really are no words to express how well we are treated by EVERYONE at "Prestige Toyota", especially Caroline Kass-Elias. They really and truly treat me better than my own family...HONEST!
